VoodooHDA adapted to VIA VT1708s

I made hybrid of two different VoodooHDA's for my via vt1708s on my ASUS P5QD Turbo, in first voodoo just a front panel worked, in second one just a rear panel worked.
Now are working:
Front panel headphones
Front panel mic
Rear panel orange
Rear panel black 
Rear panel green(not detected and without volume change)

    Not work for mic rear or front with P5Q SE 2, i have a kext with all working but no grey output and pink input rear
